ZAGREB, April 6 (Hina) - Zagreb will comply by Friday's deadline
with the Council of Europe's demand for an explanation of the procedure under
which Croatia controls foreign intelligence services and how its airspace and
airports are used, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European
Integration said on Thursday. Last November, CoE Secretary-General
Terry Davis requested member states to inform him of how they control the work
of foreign intelligence services on their territories and who uses their
airspaces and airports and why.
Having received the responses from CoE member states by February, Davis
requested the majority to provide additional explanations.
