The agreement, which the five trade union federations and the government reached on Tuesday evening without the participation of the employers, is full of ambiguities, the HUP said in a statement
The employers said that while celebrating their agreement on "a referendum on a referendum", the trade unions and the government should not forget that Croatia was less and less competitive due to very rigid labour legislation.
Labour Party member of Parliament Dragutin Lesar described the agreement as very significant, adding that its implementation would require new changes to the Constitution.
