Adlesic said the HSLS was preparing amendments to the Government Act for the autumn to stipulate when a minister should resign.
"You can see that resignations are not asked even when there are casualties or when there is major economic damage, you can see court proceedings because of (financial wrongdoing in) the Privatisation Fund, yet no minister has tendered a resignation. Of course, they can say that the law does not oblige them to do so."
Adlesic announced a cheaper election campaign during which she would tour Croatia and present programmes, and that candidates for constituencies would be presented in late August or early September.
She said the HSLS would not resort to the "method of cheating voters" as some other parties by having the party president lead every slate. "We don't do that. In every constituency it will be known who our parliamentary deputies are."
A state secretary at the Education Ministry, Zelimir Janjic, said that funds for the construction of schools and sports halls in Koprivnica-Krizevci County would be secured from a World Bank loan and the European Investment Bank.
