The presentation was organised by the Vienna-based company "Roland Berger".
The purpose of the project is to establish an internationally recognised automobile industry cluster that would double the number of workers in the Croatian auto supplier sector over the next three years, additionally develop the production of high-technology components and attract foreign investments.
So far all countries in the region have established automobile clusters, including Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia.
President Mesic supported the project, according to the statement.
