Grabar Kitarovic and the Italian delegation agreed that the two countries maintained good bilateral relations, and expressed their desire to further advance the bilateral cooperation, notably in tourism, environmental protection in the Adriatic, and culture.
Grabar Kitarovic said that the Italian minority in Croatia was enjoying a very high level of protection of their rights according to European standards and that it was receiving financial support from the state budget.
She thanked Rome for its support to Croatia's efforts to join Euro-Atlantic integration processes.
