SLAVONSKI BROD, March 16 (Hina) - Prime Minister Ivo Sanader said
in Slavonski Brod on Friday there existed reasons to bring to justice the most
senior officers of the former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) over the early 1990s
aggression against Croatia. "Our position on this is clear. All
those who were involved this or that way in the aggression against Croatia,
either in the command chain, those who ordered, or those who directly executed,
must be brought to justice," Sanader said commenting on reports that JNA
General Veljko Kadijevic lives in Florida, working as a US Army advisor in
Iraq.
Sanader added that those reports were being checked and that he had no
confirmation that they were correct.
