Last week County Court spokesman Miroslav Rozac announced that investigative proceedings in this case should be completed on March 5, after which Judge Kovac would hand over relevant documents to the prosecutor's office, which would decide to issue an indictment against Glavas or drop the case.
Glavas's attorney Drazen Matijevic said today that some 130 witnesses, including only 20 defence witnesses, had testified in the case in the last five months.
Glavas and six other persons in the Sellotape case are suspected of the murder of ten people by the Drava River in Osijek in the early 1990s and one attempted murder.
