BRUSSELS, March 5 (Hina) - Foreign ministers of the European Union on Monday welcomed the establishment of the new government in Bosnia-Herzegovina and called on the new Bosnian Council of Ministers to soon meet requirements from a Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA).
