The document is a collection of historical and scientific facts based on international law that unequivocally indicate Croatian territorial integrity and refute misinterpretations regarding the border line in Savudrija Bay, which are contained in the White Paper of the Republic of Slovenia, the Government's Public Relations Office said in a press release.
The presentation in the government headquarters in Zagreb was also attended by the Croatian Ambassador to Ljubljana, Mario Nobilo.
Twenty-five experts and scholars from Split, Zagreb, Rijeka and Dubrovnik worked on the study from June to December 2006. The 310-page book is illustrated with various maps and projections and contains analyses of judgements rendered by the International Court of Justice in The Hague and international arbitration cases.
