The average salary in November was 4,883 kuna and covered 77.86 percent of the monthly living costs, up 4.94 percent from the previous month.
In January the costs of a family living in a rented apartment amounted to 8,041 kuna, with the average salary covering 60.72 percent.
The living costs of a couple of pensioners who own a flat amounted to 3,357 kuna, with the average pension allowance covering 56.71 percent.
Living costs were the highest in Pula (7,098 kuna) and the lowest in Varazdin (5,590 kuna).
