The two ministers expressed satisfaction whit what they described traditionally friendly bilateral relations between their countries and with the developed cooperation in many fields.
They considered possibilities for intensifying the economic cooperation, notably in tourist trade, small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, energy and road construction.
Jandrokovic and Lajcak talked about Croatia's EU accession negotiations and the latter said that Slovakia would continue supporting Croatia on the road towards the European bloc.
As regards the situation in southeastern Europe, the two officials pointed out the role of Croatia, particularly after it recently joined NATO, as a factor of stability and an example which other countries in the regions should follow on their road towards Euro-Atlantic institutions.
