Davidovic also known as Fuehrer, fled Serbia in order to avoid serving his one-year prison term for having inciting to ethnic, racial and religious hatred and intolerance.
Serbian Justice Ministry State secretary Slobodan Homen was quoted by the B92 television as saying that Davidovic was currently in the police custody and that he would later be transferred to the penitentiary in Sombor.
Davidovic was arrested in Traunstein, Bavaria, on 3 February.
He and other members of that neo-Nazi group violently interrupted a round table debate on anti-Fascism being held at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad and physically attacked participants.
