ZAGREB, Feb 18 (Hina) - Ivo Josipovic, a university professor and
classical music composer, was elected President of Croatia in the
second round of voting on January 10, 2010 as the candidate of the
strongest opposition Social Democratic Party. Focusing his campaign on
the rule of law, he vowed tough action against corruption and
organised crime.
