ZAGREB, Jan 29 (Hina) - The state will consider models of help for damaged farmers and Djakovstina contractors, but first it has to establish the exact claims and amounts of crops and stockpiles gone missing from silos, Agriculture Minister Petar Cobankovic said. He does not feel responsible for calling on farmers last summer to store wheat until a more favourable price was reached, saying it is normal to store and wait for the right time to sell.
