ZAGREB, Jan 14 (Hina) - The Croatian Employers' Association has called
on the government to rescind the extra tax on incomes and to return
the Value Added Tax from 23% to 22% in order to prevent the
prospective deflation pressure on the national economy. Such moves
would send strong psychological messages which will lead to rising
consumption, said businessman Goranko Fizulic.
