ZAGREB, Oct 31 (Hina) - The "Iustitia et Pax" commission of the
Croatian Catholic Bishops' Conference (HBK) on Saturday issued a
statement in which it criticised an arbitration agreement on the
border dispute between Croatia and Slovenia and voiced its concern
over "peace and spirit of good neighbourliness between the Slovenian
and Croatian people" being undermined by the prospective violation of
the international law which that arbitration deal may provoke.
