WASHINGTON, Sept 13 (Hina) - The European Union's plan to admit Croatia
and to help stabilise the western Balkans overcame a major obstacle on
Friday when Croatia and Slovenia reached a deal to resume efforts to
find a solution to their border dispute, The New York Times reported
on Saturday referring to the Ljubljana agreement between the Croatian
and Slovenian Prime Ministers, Jadranka Kosor and Borut Pahor, under
which Slovenia undertook to remove its veto from Croatia's EU entry
talks.
