Rescue services in Jablanica and Kiseljak reported several people missing and called for army assistance, as access to Jablanica was completely blocked due to road and rail closures. 19 fatalities due to the flash floods have been confirmed so far by the regional government of Hercegovacko-Neretvanska county. ZAGREB, 26 Jan (Hina) - The railway in the northern part of Herzegovina, which was completely destroyed by floods, was successfully tested on Sunday, with Bosnia and Herzegovina Transport and Communications Minister Edin Forto announcing that full normalisation of railway traffic is expected by the end of next week.
