The mission's liftoff was delayed on 13 April due to weather conditions at Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana. The launch has been rescheduled for 14 April at 14:14 CEST. Following launch, Juice will embark on an eight-year journey to Jupiter, expected to arrive in July 2031. The mission will make detailed observations of the gas giant and its three moons (Ganymede, Callisto and Europa), exploring Jupiter's environment and study its wider system as an archetype for gas giants across the Universe. Flight VA 260 will be the final Ariane 5 flight to carry an ESA mission to space. EPA/ESA/S. CORVAJA HANDOUT HANDOUT EDITORIAL USE ONLY/NO SALES
