The office building at the address Miramarska cesta, where Atlantic is registered, shall become the representative headquarters of one of the leading companies in Croatia and the region. Atlantic Grupa has acquired the company Eurocenter d.o.o., which owns the Eurocenter office building at the address Miramarska 23, from the company S IMMO AG, a renowned European real estate investment company.
This address is home to the long-standing headquarters of Atlantic Grupa, where the company is also registered.
Transaction value amounts to 26.5 million euro, on a cash-free and debt-free basis.
The Eurocenter office building spans over total of nine floors and occupies nearly nine thousand square meters.
By acquiring the building, where it currently occupies several floors, Atlantic will consolidate office spaces in the Zagreb area in its own office building, which will thereby become the representative headquarters of one of the leading companies in Croatia and the region.
