ZAGREB, Jan 25 (Hina) - An agreement on a HRK 322.5 million European Union grant for the construction of the Lecevica waste management centre was signed in Split on Friday, with environmental protection minister Tomislav Coric saying the centre was expected to be ready in 31 months.
