ZAGREB, Jan 21 (Hina) - Croatian Constitutional Court president Miroslav Separovic said on Monday, following the court's ruling to dismiss motions by the referendum initiatives "The Truth about the Istanbul Convention" and "The People Decide", that it was now up to the parliament to establish if the conditions were met for organising referendums sought by the two associations to abrogate the ratification of the Istanbul Convention and to amend election legislation.
