Conclusion of in-depth analysis
and invitation for submitting an Offer for strategic partnership
Based on the Decision brought at the joint meeting of the Supervisory Board and Management Board of Uljanik d.d. held on 21st December 2018, the investment public had been notified on the opening of the Data Room and on the carrying out of an in-depth analysis in the process of strategic integration and recapitalisation.
As per the Decision brought, an in-depth analysis was carried out from 27th December 2018. Due to the interest shown by potential investors, by Decision of the Management Board the working hours of the Data Room were changed and on the 27th December the investment public was informed regarding changes of the working time of the Data Room (Data Room was also opened for the public on Saturday). On the 7th January 2019 the investment public was informed that the working hours of the Data Room and in-depth analysis were extended from 0800-1600 hrs to 0800-1800 hrs.
The Data Room will be closed on 18th January 2019 at 1800 hrs (CET).
All interested investors are invited to submit an Offer for strategic integration by 25th January 2019 by 2000 hrs (CET) as follows:

In order to be taken into consideration, Offers received within the indicated date at the indicated email address must be received in the office of the Management Board by the 25th of January 2019 by 2000 hrs (CET) at the latest.
The Offers must be signed by the person authorised to represent the Offerer and therefore, in that regard, proof of his authorisation to represent shall also be enclosed (corresponding extract from the competent Register).
