ZAGREB, Dec 21 (Hina) - Croatia on Friday filed a motion at the European Court of Justice (ECJ) in connection with a Slovenian lawsuit, which alleges that Croatia is breaching European Union law by failing to honour and apply a border arbitration ruling, saying in the motion that the ECJ is not competent for settling the dispute, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release.
