ZAGREB, Dec 20 (Hina) - Economy Minister Darko Horvat on Thursday commented on announcements that parafiscal levies would be repealed, saying an action plan for the repeal of 322 levies would be presented at the next cabinet meeting and that it would save businesses and citizens HRK 640 million next year.
