ZAGREB, Dec 18 (Hina) - As expected, the decision by the Central Election Commission (SIP) of Bosnia and Herzegovina on how seats in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity will be filled on Tuesday caused opposed reactions, and several political parties based in Sarajevo confirmed that they would file complaints with the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
