ZAGREB, Dec 10 (Hina) - The Croatian authorities have skillfully utilised the economic upturn to reduce indebtedness and further build external buffers but important challenges remain such as the need to restructure public administration and make the pension and healthcare systems sustainable, a delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Monday, noting that the current economic situation provided a good basis for the necessary structural reforms.
