ZAGREB, Dec 10 (Hina) - Even though it is regulated by laws, hate speech has been on the rise in Croatia, and nothing serious is being done to change that, heard a conference on hate speech in the public arena, organised in Zagreb on Monday by the Government's Office for Human and Minority Rights, on the occasion of Human Rights Day, December 10, and the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
