ZAGREB, Dec 7 (Hina) - The union representing state and local government employees has proposed that instead of state government employees' wages increasing in line with wage brackets and grades, as proposed by the Ministry of Labour and Pension System, they should increase continually on an annual basis based on a wage supplement for work productivity, with a variable percentage rate depending on the assessment of an employee's performance.
