ZAGREB, Nov 26 (Hina) - Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama on Monday described the decision by Kosovo to increase customs tariffs on goods from Serbia as "Pristina's political counter-response," to Serbia, announcing a "zero customs tariff" for the south of Kosovo predominantly inhabited by ethnic Albanians and a "100% customs tariff" for the majority Serb populated north, which has prompted negative reactions from the US ambassador to Serbia and the Serbian foreign minister.
