ZAGREB, Nov 20 (Hina) - The Croatian nongovernmental organisation Documenta - Centre for Dealing with the Past, has said in a press release that the Serbian NGO Humanitarian Law Fund (FHP) on Monday asked the Special Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes in Belgrade to launch an investigation, based on criminal charges the NGO pressed last year against members of the former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) and the Territorial Defence for the murder of 48 Croatian civilians in Skabrnja and Nadin in November 1191.
