ZAGREB, Nov 12 (Hina) - The enactment of the bill lowering the standard 25% rate of Value Added Tax on non-prescription medicines to 5% will pave the way for the reduction of retail prices of OTC drugs by 17-18 percent as of the start of 2019, the Croatian Chamber of Pharmacists (HLJK) said on Monday.
