ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - The Office of the EU Special Representative to Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday condemned pressure being put on the Central Election Commission (SIP) in that country, which is expected to make a temporary decision on the election of deputies to the upper chamber of parliament without which a government cannot be formed after relevant provisions have been removed from the election law.
