ZAGREB, Nov 6 (Hina) - The newly-elected Croat member to the presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zeljko Komsic, on Tuesday invited Croatia's President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic and Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic for an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina once the new presidency is inaugurated, in order to inform them of his opinion that the implementation of the ruling of the Constitutional Court on the Ljubic case in the way Croatia sees that ruling would mean the violation of the ruling of the European Court for Human Rights on the Sejdic-Finci case.
