Šibenik, in Obala Palih Omladinaca street in Šibenik known as "ex Peškarija" area.
The total internal space of the apartment is 139,40 m², floor: 2nd floor, consisting of an entrance hallway of 12,80 m², store room of 1,90 m², guest toilet of 3,30 m², kitchen and living room of 46,70 m², bedroom 1 with bathroom of 25,40 m², bedroom 2 with bathroom of 28,00 m² and bedroom 3 with bathroom of 21,30 m².
The purchase price of the apartment together with belonging exterior area and one garage space is 665.000 EUR having VAT included.
