ZAGREB, Oct 25 (Hina) - Defence lawyers for Croatian businessman Ivica Todoric, who presented their arguments before London's High Court on Thursday, said that their client should not be handed over to Croatia, where he is wanted for fraud and embezzlement in the Agrokor group, as long as there was no confirmed indictment in this case.
