ZAGREB, Oct 22 (Hina) - Lawyers for former prime minister Ivo Sanader said on Monday that the conviction imposed on their client in the Hypo war profiteering case was unfounded because there was no evidence to prove that Sanader had received a commission. They added that his acquittal in the HEP-Dioki corruption case had been expected.
