ZAGREB, Oct 17 (Hina) - The former director of the Environment Protection and Energy Fund, Vinko Mladineo was acquitted on Wednesday in Zagreb County Court, pending appeal, of setting up jobs with the Fimi Media marketing agency and of having defrauded the budget of HRK 1.2 million.
