In order to protect its Contractual rights and interest, on 12th October 2018 ULJANIK d.d. has unilaterally rescinded the Shipbuilding Contract dated 20th March 2015 for the building of One Live Stock Carrier. Shipbuilding Contract has been rescinded due to the inability of the Buyer Wellard Ships PTE Ltd, with the register Office in Singapore, to fulfil its contractual obligations.
With this rescission the Contract is no longer binding upon the parties.
At request of the Buyer all activities on the subject Hull have been suspended, therefore the physical production did not start.
