ZAGREB, Oct 2 (Hina) - The regional party Primorje-Gorski Kotar Alliance (PGS) is joining the coalition of the Istrian Democratic Party (IDS) and the Civic Liberal Alliance (GLAS), the leaders of the three parties announced at a press conference in the northern coastal city of Rijeka on Tuesday, saying that this was the beginning of the creation of an opposition bloc of progressive ideas striving for a prosperous Croatia and strong regional development.
