ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - There are plans to build more than 3,000 new hydro-power plants in Southeast Europe, which could have disastrous consequences for the environment as they would destroy the "blue heart" of Europe, the First European Rivers Summit, held in Sarajevo on September 27-29, said.
