ZAGREB, Sept 12 (Hina) - The Croatian consumer protection association Potrosac said on Wednesday it has received appeals submitted by eight banks that were being sued in a class action before the Zagreb Commercial Court, saying that submitting appeals to the ruling from June could not stop debtors whose loans were pegged to the Swiss franc from being fully compensated for and from claiming back overpaid interest, together with default interest.
