ZAGREB, Sept 12 (Hina) - Current EU president Austria is "frustrated" with border disputes between member states, like the one between Croatia and Slovenia, and it believes that Western Balkan countries have to resolve issues of that nature through mutual dialogue before they join the EU, the Head of the Department for EU Enlargement at the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Klaus Wolfer, said in Sarajevo on Wednesday.
