In accordance with Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and the corresponding articles of the Capital Market Act, STANOVI JADRAN d.d., Split, Kralja Zvonimira 14/IX, OIB: 88680117715, (hereinafter: Company or Issuer) hereby delivers this notification on the signing of purchase preagreement for the apartment in Šibenik named flat 1 or S1 placed on the first floor of the southwestern part of the residential building in Šibenik, all together placed at the parcel 5224 zk.ul. 7830 k.o. Šibenik, in Obala Palih Omladinaca street in Šibenik known as "ex Peškarija" area.
The total internal space of the apartment is 97.70 m², floor: 1st floor, consisting of an entrance hallway of 8.10 m², kitchen and living room of 47.70 m², bedroom 1 with bathroom of 20.00 m², sleeping room 2 with bathroom of 19,40 m² and guest toilet of 2.50 m².
The purchase price of the apartment together with belonging exterior area is 560,800 EUR having VAT included. Advance payment was made in the amount of 25% of the purchase price.
