During an event organised by the Red Cross in Bosnia and Herzegovina together with 18 civil society organisations of families of missing persons, 3,500 balloons were released with "Where are they" written on them as a call on authorities and people who may information about the missing to pass it on to their families.
The head of an International Committee of the Red Cross delegation, Zeljko Filipovic, said that families have become quite isolated in the search for missing persons and that the search for the remains of victims is becoming more complicated.
