ZAGREB, Aug 24 (Hina) - Danko Koncar, the owner of the Kermas Gorup that is perceived as a potential strategic partner for the Uljanik Group, said after his meeting with Economy Minister Darko Horvat in Zagreb on Thursday evening that the talks had been constructive, and that efforts were being taken to prevent bankruptcy of that Pula-based group.
