ZAGREB, Aug 23 (Hina) - The Croatian Association of Hospital Physicians (HUBOL) has called on the government to treat the health system and its employees as a vital public interest, noting that the problem of shortages of doctors and impaired functioning of the health system concerned the entire government and all citizens and strongly condemning "inappropriate, unsubstantiated and insulting" statements by Health Minister Milan Kujundzic regarding any doctor.
