ZAGREB, Aug 18 (Hina) - An on-site investigation of the Lopaca Psychiatric Hospital has ruled out a technical cause of Friday's fire in the facility, while the identity and cause of death of the person killed in the fire will established after an autopsy, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Police spokeswoman Ankica Kolic said in Rijeka on Saturday.
