Tankerska Next Generation Inc. Annual General Assembly meeting was held at the Company headquarters in Zadar on August 1st 2018 at 11:00 hours. At the annual general meeting 5.943.728 votes were present, representing 68.1609 % of the total share capital (with voting power).
All decisions of the General Assembly were passed with the necessary majority in the form proposed by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in the Annual general meeting invitation published on 19th June 2018 on the Zagreb Stock Exchange’s website, the Company's website and with HANFA.
