ZAGREB, July 19 (Hina) -The Slovenian parliament on Thursday passed the legislation whereby claims regarding the transferred savings of Croatian nationals who had accounts in the now-defunct Ljubljanska Banka are contested, which is in line with the Slovenian stance that the issue of transferred savings is part of the issues stemming from the succession of the former Yugoslavia which is why Ljubljana does not recognise rulings of Croatian courts in those cases.
